Founded in Hong Kong in 1986, VC Capital Limited is licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong ("SFC") for corporate finance advisory, and is an approved Main Board and GEM sponsor of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. VC Brokerage Limited commenced its business in 1996 and soon became one of the top securities brokers in Hong Kong.
