Ms. SO Wai Yee, Betty joined VC Group as Non-executive Director in November 2009 and re-designated as Executive Director in January 2010. Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer, the chairman of Finance Committee, a member of the Executive Committee and Regulatory Compliance Committee and a director of certain subsidiaries of Value Convergence Holdings Limited. Before joining VC Group, Ms. So was an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee of China Public Procurement Limited (Stock Code: 1094, formerly known as “Sunny Global Holdings Limited”), a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) and the financial controller of China Metal Resources Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8071, now known as “China Netcom Technology Holdings Limited”), a company listed on the Growth Enterprises Market of the Stock Exchange. Ms. So has several years working experience in one of the major international accounting firms in Hong Kong. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) degree from The University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
